About
Data taught me how organizations think. Theater taught me why it matters.
For sixteen years I built the systems Silicon Valley companies use to understand their own people. In 2024 I founded the company that became Ariel Innovations, and in February 2025 I left corporate life to run it full time. This is not a career change. It is a return.

The return
Back to the industry I was trained for
In 2024 I founded the company behind Ariel Innovations, launching the Ariel Innovations brand in 2025, and I founded the International Performing Arts Consortium. The point is not technology for its own sake. With Joseph Huang I invented Storytelling Supertitles™, multilingual supertitles rendered inside the stage design itself, on-device, patented in Taiwan and Japan, and demonstrated before paying audiences at Weiwuying. Augmentation, not replacement: what I am disrupting is the access model, who gets to feel the play. Artists are never what is being disrupted.
